The language sessions can be delivered on a one-to-one basis or in small groups. You decide which format suits you best!.
During Covid restrictions all lessons took place online, mainly via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Since the easing of restrictions you can now have a choice between online tutoring or face to face lessons with Cristina or some of her collaborators who live locally.

Who I am
I am an Italian native speaker, and I work as a language tutor, translator and interpreter. I run my language consultancy business from my home in Bromsgrove.
I am passionate about foreign languages and cultures. After completing a BA Honours Degree in French and Spanish at the University of Salford in 1993, I spent three years living and working in France and Spain in order to gain a sound working knowledge of these languages. During this time, and for two years after returning to the UK, I worked
as a free-lance translator/interpreter.
I also have over 30 years' professional experience as a Teacher of Modern Languages (Italian, French and Spanish) at all levels, including GCSE, A level and Further Education training.
In June 2011 I sat the Institute of Linguists DPSI (Diploma of Public Services Interpreting ) in Italian (Law Option), of which I have passed four Units with Distinction, These are:
- Unit 01- Interpret Consecutively and Simultaneously (Whispered) in the Public Services;
- Unit 02 - Provide a Sight Translation from English into Italian in the Public Services;
- Unit 03 - Provide a Sight Translation from Italian into English in the Public Services;
- Unit 04 - Translate a written text from Italian into English in the Public Services.
Since then I have been working as a professional translator and interpreter for the Ministry of Justice and the Police.
I have recently set up a network of over 20 linguists working in over 30 languages in order to expand the range of services I can provide.
